Printed Paper-to-Film Lamination
Acrylic and vinyl-based aqueous adhesives for laminating printed paper and paperboard with plastic films, including polypropylene, acetate and polyester. Designed for roller application with a doctor blade to control adhesive coverage.
Film-to-Film Lamination
Water-based lamination adhesives for flexible packaging, with options for different food-packaging requirements. Selected systems allow immediate slitting after adequate drying and lamination, reducing intermediate storage and potentially lowering investment costs. Food-contact suitability is confirmed for the selected grade and intended use.
Paper, Board & Foil Lamination
Adhesives for bonding plastic films to paper or paperboard, alongside wet-lamination solutions for aluminium foil and metallised films.
Specialist options include an ISEGA-certified adhesive for ovenable tray constructions using paper/paperboard or paperboard/PET, with applications up to 220°C within the documented conditions of use.
Adhesives for Compostable & Separable Packaging
Options include adhesives for laminating conventional and compostable films, with grades intended for home and industrial composting applications. Compostability of the finished packaging depends on its complete construction.
Other formulations enable consumers to separate plastic film from paperboard trays, supporting separate recycling where suitable collection and recycling facilities are available.
Folding Cartons & Window Patching
Water-based adhesives for varnished paperboard and for attaching plastic films, including PVC, polystyrene and acetate, to paper or board. Applications include window patching and wet lamination, with selection based on the surface finish and production process.
